Open House – a peak inside
What a fabulous day we had yesterday as we welcomed guests to our OPEN HOUSE event.
We woke to a few grey clouds, then we were blessed with some blue skies. Great to see and meet so many wonderful people, lots of new couples – some recently engaged, others who have been together for some time. And of course we are always thrilled to see our couples that have already booked and were visiting for some inspiration. If you’ve never been to an OPEN HOUSE let me explain…….
The House is set for a wedding and prior to the event our fabulous suppliers come and dress the House as if it were your special day. The House is full of flowers arranged by our fabulous florists, giving you plenty of inspiration on how to decorate tables, mantelpieces and much much more. Our talented cake makers display a range of their hand crafted cakes and spoil us with some tasty samples. Photographers set up their very own gallery showcasing the best of their work. You can also gain some personal styling touches such as wedding dresses and hats and lots of finishing touches ideas too. Once the suppliers have set up they depart for the day, allowing couples the opportunity to peruse their ideas at their own leisure. If you see something you like, you can pick up the suppliers details and make contact at a time to suit.
We offer a relaxed atmosphere, so guests can experience the beauty of the house and gardens in their own way. You will have the opportunity to see all our ceremony and reception rooms, as well as our newly appointed first floor master suits. During your visit you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of fizz and sample some of our delicious canapes. If you need advice our team are all on hand to help.
